What does hope have to do with rejuvenation?

In order to do this, you must define hope as the confident expectation that your body is resilient and can heal itself. It is the quality that Karen's father called "bounceback" which allowed him to recover quickly and keep going to almost 102 years of age.

1.  Input - Eat whole food and drink filtered water
2.  Output - Move consistently every day
3.  Posture - Stay aligned and balanced
4.  Sleep - Focus on getting proper rest consistently
5.  Regeneration - Believe in the ability to bounce back from adversity
6.  Purpose - Find a reason to jump out of bed every morning
7.  Hope - Believe that difficult times will make you stronger
